For the Mint Cookies and Cream Milkshakes

  • 2 cups (16 ounces //1 pint) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) whole milk
  • 6 Tim Tam® Dark Mint biscuits
  • 1/8 teaspoon mint extract (see baker's notes)
  • a pinch of kosher salt
  • For Serving
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • mint sprigs
  • 2 Tim Tam® Dark Mint biscuits


  • In the bowl of a blender, combine 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1 cup whole milk, 6 Tim Tam® Dark Mint biscuits, 1/8 teaspoon mint extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Blend on medium-high speed for 60 seconds, until the mixture is thick yet smooth, and all the Tim Tam biscuits have crumbled to give the mixture that classic cookies and cream look.
  • Pour immediately into two tall glasses and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and mint sprigs. Carefully balance a Tim Tam® Dark Mint biscuit on top of each glass and serve immediately with straws.
