In the bowl of a blender, combine 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1 cup whole milk, 6 Tim Tam® Dark Mint biscuits, 1/8 teaspoon mint extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Blend on medium-high speed for 60 seconds, until the mixture is thick yet smooth, and all the Tim Tam biscuits have crumbled to give the mixture that classic cookies and cream look.
Pour immediately into two tall glasses and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and mint sprigs. Carefully balance a Tim Tam® Dark Mint biscuit on top of each glass and serve immediately with straws.
